Merino Kobo / Before you inquire
Questions, answered
before we start.
Here are the details clients often want to confirm before requesting a quote.
Planning and estimates
Can I ask before my project is fully planned?
Yes. Share the audience, intended use, and what you would like to make. Items that are undecided can stay undecided; we will help identify a workable scope.
What should I include in an estimate request?
Purpose, deliverables, quantity or variations, preferred timing, budget range and reference work are useful. Please include the publication medium and any supplied assets.
How long does production take?
We confirm availability and timing after reviewing the scope and requested delivery or launch date. The site does not promise a universal turnaround time.
Scope and process
Can you combine game, illustration, video, or articles?
Yes. A game prototype with character art, or illustration with a launch video, can be discussed as one project. We clarify deliverables and responsibilities together.
Do you offer Live2D modeling?
Yes. We can discuss Live2D-ready art and modeling. Please tell us whether the art already exists, desired expressions or motion, and the software or environment.
How are reviews and revisions handled?
Before production we agree on review stages, revision scope, file formats, sizes, variations, and any post-delivery maintenance.
